By densely arranging the modules and minimizing the distance from the valve seat to the lip tip, we have improved the intermittent performance at high speeds. The photo shows a width of 390 millimeters, but we can customize it to your desired coating width. We also have proven specifications for pressure control measures in intermittent coating.
We have made it possible to apply hot melt coating with a non-contact head.
It was common practice to apply hot melt coating by making contact with the tip of a slot coater head. We have successfully developed a non-contact surface coating head that overturns this common practice. By using a non-contact method, damage (such as scratches) to the substrate does not occur, resulting in significantly improved product finish.
